Retirements at the A.G.M....
Our company Secretary Dympna Mawn and P.R.O. Oliver Haslette have unfortunately retired after numerous years of hard and dedicated work for the business community of the area. They will be greatly missed but these fine developments will always be testimony to their tireless work for the community.

Purchase of I.D.A. Land for Industrial Park

The provision of industrial units on the parcel of land owned by the I.D.A. behind the factories on Park Road, Manorhamilton was highlighted in the Icon Report of 2003. The Forum also identified this as one of their flagship projects, as numerous people expressed interest in small and medium sized units.

Talks are now at an advanced stage with the I.D.A. regarding same, as they have agreed to sell to the Forum. We also have had discussions with Leitrim County Enterprise Board who are in full support of the project. Part of the profit from the Backlands will go towards the cost of this land.
